There are always fun, community-minded events happening at PFVUMC. We love engaging with the community and sharing God’s love through everything we do. Many of our events have become staples of the State College area that are looked forward to each year.

Popular Activities
Our Christmas Bazaar is an annual craft show featuring some of the areas best handcrafted products and homemade food. Celebrate the Christmas season right, by decorating your home with decorations that will have your friends saying “Wow!”
Our annual Yard Sale fill the church property with interesting and unique items for great prices. Whether you are looking to attend as a buyer, seller, or simply want some stuff out of your attic, this is the perfect yard sale for you.
Our Apple Pie Sale fills the church with delicious aromas as the church comes together to create amazing homemade pies for the community and church body. Find out when these amazing apple pies will be available next. You don’t want to miss it!
You can find us at every Penn State Football game at our stand, having a good time and serving food. It is a great way to raise funds for all of our events and interact with a person or two… more like 110,000. Interested in joining us for the next game? Find out the details.
VBS
Your child will love PFVUMC’s Vacation Bible School! In order to fit into your busy schedule, our VBS is an evening program that typically runs late July or early August. We offer a station approach where the children move in groups between a Bible story center, a Theme center, Games, Snack, and Art Center.
